Maya Weaver in Panajachel

This Maya woman from Santa Catarina weaves on her backstrap loom, while selling weavings to the tourists in Panajachel, on Lake Atitlan, Guatemala, Central America. This is a very old style of weaving, still widely practiced in the Maya homeland.
